I’m Kathryn, and I created Your Skinny Provider because I believe everyone deserves access to effective, personalized weight loss care without sky-high costs or confusing roadblocks.
Since 2010, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose weight, feel better, and regain confidence. I combine my background in Emergency Medicine, Nutrition, and Functional & Integrative Medicine to deliver a whole-person approach to weight loss that works for real life, not just a chart.
